Who We Are

Eident Consulting Group is a woman-owned, diverse management consulting firm helping organizations operationalize complex technology, partner, operations and infrastructure programs.

We support leaders who need more than strategy. They need governance, operating cadence, stakeholder alignment, operation readiness, and execution visibility across programs where complexity, speed, and accountability matter.

Our experience spans enterprise technology, Microsoft and Oracle operations, cloud and partner ecosystems, public-sector programs, data center operations, construction-adjacent support, and mission-critical workforce readiness.

Founded on the belief that strategy only matters if it can be operationalized, Eident bridges executive vision and day-to-day execution. We bring C-suite perspective, fractional flexibility, business management consulting, program operations, and talent readiness support to clients who need practical structure and measurable progress.
